I LOVE Restorative Yoga, for so many reasons. First of all it is accessible to everyone, as the poses are customized and modified, it is a fast track to healing on all levels, its effects are lasting and curative, and it feels amazing. Did I mention I really love it? I have been fortunate to study with the foremost expert teacher and founder of the Restorative Yoga movement, Judith Hanson Lasater. My certification was transformative.
